Spend The Day At Animal Kingdom !

Animal Kingdom is one of the most underrated parks in Walt Disney World. From the gorgeous greenery to the incredible animal encounters, Animal Kingdom has a little bit of everything for everyone. We want to share what our version of the perfect day at Animal Kingdom looks like!

Morning: Rope Drop!

While it might be an early morning, it will totally be worth it. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before park opening. You are going to want to head straight to Pandora for Avatar Flight of Passage, which is one of the most popular attractions at Disney World. After that, head over to Na'vi River Journey to see the amazing 23 million dollar animatronic in action.

Early Afternoon:

By this point the Florida heat hasn't fully set in yet, so you are going to want to take full advantage of waiting for the Kilimanjaro Safari. This is the best time to get an up-close experience with all the animals in the park!

By now you've probably worked up an apetite, and the Flame Tree BBQ is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch! Our favorite thing on the menu is the pulled pork mac n cheese.

Afternoon:

Time for the second half of the day! Head over to Asia to ride Expedition Everest where you might encounter a Yeti. Then, head to Asia's Jungle Trek where you will be able to see different habitats!

You will proably want a snack by now, and our favorite small bites are from Mr. Kamal's quick service. We suggest the chicken dumplings or the seasoned fries.

Before it goes extinct, head over to Dinoland! You want to ride Dinosaur before it is erased from time.

Evening:

Trust us, you are going to want a dinner reservation at the Yak & Yeti. Our favorite dish to order is the Mongolian Beef with a heaping side of garlic noodles. This meal is by FAR one of our favorite dining options on Disney property.

At this point your day has been filled with a lot of fun activities! Remember that Animal Kingdom is a HUGE park, so don't be afraid to take breaks!
